01 · THIS SITE
Information, not an offer.
What this site says describes the shop: its machines, its materials, the work it has done. It is not an offer and it is not a quote. A quote comes from job control, in writing, after a person has read your request. Nothing on this site promises a date.
02 · QUOTES AND ORDERS
The quote and your purchase order govern the job.
A quote is good through the date printed on it. The quote, and the purchase order you issue against it, state the price, the quantity, the terms and the dates for that job, and they govern it. Nothing on this site changes a signed quote, a purchase order or a non-disclosure agreement.
03 · YOUR FILES
They stay in the shop.
Drawings, models, specifications and the details of your request are used to quote the job and to make the part, and for nothing else. They are not sent to outside shops, labs or services, and they are not shown to anyone who is not working on your job.
04 · HOW THE SHOP REACHES YOU
By the address or number you gave it.
If you give the shop an email address or a phone number, a person at the shop, or the shop's own system acting for that person, may reach you about your request by email, by phone or by text. Every email the shop sends carries a way to stop them. Every text answers STOP.

05 · IMAGES AND WORDS
Owned by the shop. Ask before using one.
The images on this site are owned by Cyclone Machining Co.; how they were made and how to ask about one is on the image rights page. The words are the shop's own.
06 · WHAT THE SITE DOES NOT PROMISE
Provided as it is.
This site is provided as it is. To the extent Michigan law allows, Cyclone Machining Co. is not liable for loss that comes from using the site or relying on what it says. The terms of a job are in its quote and its purchase order, not here.
07 · THE COMPANY
Who you are dealing with.
Cyclone Machining Co. is the trade name of Ron Wood Enterprises LLC, a Michigan company doing business as Cyclone Machining Company, at 4674 Clay Ave SW, Suite D, Grand Rapids, MI 49548. Michigan law governs these terms.
